★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy and hopeless service. I booked my personal cargo from Riyadh to Hyderabad but they sent it to Kochi after two months and now demanding huge customs duty to release it.
After paying additional customs duty they delivered 55 inch TV in damaged condition and refused to take any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beware also from this company they promised 3 weeks for my shipment to be delivered from jeddah to cape town suddenly my shipment diverted to Hong Kong ,got delivered after 3 months , and surprised with a huge customs clearance they never spoke about and after i got the shipment my 55' tv worth 2000 sar got totally destroyed due to stacking other shipments on top of it and when i spoke to them they said insurance doesn't cover personal items you need to deal with it , thats just unbelievable

I asked for door to door service from USA to Saudi Arabia and my shipment was assigned to this company. It has been a very long nightmare that I will not recover from anytime soon.
Since the first few emails of communication with them, and as an indivdual shipping my personal stuff from USA to my home country, I never dealt with company like this one. Bad communication, bad personalities and a lot of lies along the way. They charged me more than the USA broker (Shipping My Goods, refer to my review about this company) asked me for door to door service and it has been a month since my shipment arrived at the port and I did not get it yet. If there is less than 1 star, I would give them minus 1000 stars.

I got a door-to-door quotation from Jeddah to Canada, which was a competitive quotation when compared it to other local companies. Once I placed the order, which was more expensive than the quotation (understandable), I made sure their service still holds as door-to-door service. I have the proof.
As soon as I left Saudi Arabia and as soon as my shipment left Saudi Arabia, everything changed. They went silent on my emails and no longer became supportive to an extent that what we agreed on and what I paid for no longer became valid.
***I paid for door to door, and out of no where they told me that the offer does not included door to door. And what I ended up having is door to port. I had to pay additional + 1,000USD to get my belongings.***
I escalated and emailed the company’s manager, even emailed the complaints officer and expressed my concern. Nothing. No one answered back nor showed interest in taking care of their customer. Shame on such management and such company.
Whoever is reading this review, I’m pretty sure you have a clearer picture of the company now.
