Read the whole statment if you seek the truth.
I have worked in this company for 9 months. And i must day that the employess are the best people to deal with, they will help you whatever you need.
But the problem with this company is the head of the snake, which is Mohammed ALZahrani the CEO of eduguide institute.
The CEO he sees you as a money maker by telling lies, making false promises and stumple on your way of creativity.
The above reviews that gave this company 5 stars, are unreal ! ( I'm pretty sure the CEO forced them to write like this ).
Also, 70 % of the employess quit this institute because the CEO being unethical and unprofessional.
Some of you will think that I'm making false statment, but pay this institute a surprise visit and you will notice that 80% of the building is empty and unoccupied.
In addition, the CEO has been giving our salary late for 6 months and cut our salary by 20%.
In the end, people deserve to be respected, motivated, happy and satisfied in the work environment. This institute completely lack this manners.
My advise to you ( DO NOT ENTER THE GATE OF HELL )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero integrity with employees - and I do mean zero. No respect, constant lies and deception. Eduguide lies about everything and will deliver the minimum ( barely even that ). They have no honour or respect for anyone and they are easily the worst company in KSA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest review here. I advise you to not believe the 5 star reviews below as all of those reviews are from management who work for the company notably Fuad Bin Jahlan. He's the biggest cowboy you'll meet. He has been in this game for a long time and he's known to constantly lie and deceive many people.
Illegal practices as I was given no medical insurance, constant lies and deception regarding being issued an iqama and pay docked for no reason. They refused my leave for a week even though I had a family emergency as my child was seriously ill, absolutely disgusting excuse for human beings.
They do not adhere to anything in the contract, so beware and look for another company. There are plenty of companies out there that at least follow the contract, Eduguide will cause you hell from the day you arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No medical insurance, no sick time, refusing to pay inward and outward flights. They treat teachers like garbage. No respect for us at all! I wouldn't work there again if I was desperate. Don't believe their lies. Worst company in the KSA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst accommodation ever. If it ain't cockroaches then it's broken tiles that you have to walk over. No washing machines and poor transport. They will dock you for little things. If you leave campus they will take money out of your paypacket. Over 30 teachers have left since September. You have to sign in and out.. Its like the military. They don't listen to their teachers at all. Poor pay and not worth working for. The guy at the top is zarani who's a liar and a stooge. He owned a previous company that went bankrupt and didn't pay its employees. Worst decision ever. Don't believe the lies. All the 5 star reviews are written by Arabs. We need the teachers who left to write reviews. We are suffering here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been past eight months since I started working in this company, they've provided me an Employment Visa, expenses for visa processing and ticket. They are prompt in time with Salary, I've been provided with an A Class Medical Insurance and other services as they have promised. It's fantastic working with Eduguide and they are professional at their work. I look forward to build and grow in my job as being a part of the Eduguide Family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company treats teachers like animals as you’re merely another number. Do not listen to the recruiters for this company. They will tell you anything to get you into the country, then give you completely different conditions once you arrive.
Anything mentioned in the contract is changed once you enter KSA. You will not be given a medical insurance card and your housing and transport allowances. The company will dock your wages for no valid reason.
Be warned, you’ll have a terrible experience if you’re employed by this company. Eduguide is being run by a bunch of criminals.
