★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad electronic store I ever seen. They do not know about the public dealing nor good behavior. In addition they have all the normal stuff which is also available on other shops with good price. Their SALE prices are just cheating !! I never recommend to anyone to go there ?. There is no below one star rating otherwise I shall proceed for this !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices honestly and the best thing I like is that the staff let u know if u can find something better sometimes out of Eddy, the reason for 1 star deduction is because the monthly installments plan are for only a few selected banks, wish they would cover Samba Bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with their delivery system. They told in 7 days they will deliver the product.But even after 7 days when we tried to contact them for delivery no response from them. At last after several follow ups with their customer care representatives I got the product .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good deals but their online shopping needs improvement. I ordered and no tracking could be viewed on the site, no number or email supplied for customer service, no option of cancellation of order provided either. I just hope I will receive a call before the courier tries to bring the delivery, since I no longer want the order.
I am editing this review a year later, because I can't see where to write a new one...They still have the best deals but I ordered 2 items only to receive 1. I called the customer service and was told only one is available and the cost of one will be refunded. Meanwhile the item still appears as in stock on their website, for more people to order, pay and get refunded.
