 Unfortunately the treatment of the staff is very bad, especially the reception, who spoke to me without the same, I don't know what the problem is!!

اشتريت تذاكر تجربة الانزلاق الحر لشخصين ولما وصلت قالوا لي مانقدر ندخلكم لان خالتي كانت لابسه صندل بدل الشوز وانتوا بكرامه ولكن الموقع مو مكتوب فيه اي شي يذكر انه مطلوب يكون فيه لبس معيين بأي شكل من الاشكال.
على العموم هذي كانت ١٨٠ ريال ضاعت مني وخسرتها بدون اي فايده.
شكراً لحسن استماعكم. ارجوا غيري مايقع في نفس الغلطه او التجربه
Unfortunately, today I had a very bad situation.
I bought tickets for the free-slide experience for two people, and when I arrived, they told me that we could not let you in because my aunt was wearing sandals instead of shoes, and you were honored, but the website does not have anything written on it that mentions that it is required to have specific clothing in any way.
In general, this was 180 riyals that was lost from me and I lost it without any benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, paid for myself, my wife and my son, only to go and get fitted with Harness to be told my son was too small. Tried to get a refund for the SAR 300 and I was told I woul have to wait for a refund to my bank. 3 week later im still waiting. Avoid

1. they didn't let me in because they said I have to be under 100KGs.
2. They didn't give refund
3. i told them I'm over 100KG and they brought a scale in front of my friends and they embarrassed me.
horrible experience.
they told me to get refund online through ticketmx . I submitted multiple complaint, nobody contacted me.
