يتميز بالنظافة (واضح إنه باقي جديد).
يتميز ببعد الموقع عن الصخب والزحام.
يتميز أيضًا بالمساحة الخاصة لكل ديوانية (حتى الحجم الصغير).
لكن يعيبه عدم وجود شبكة اتصال، فضلا عن وجود شبكة انترنت، وهذي -للأسف- تنسف المميزات كلها.
