★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق جميلة من ناحية التصميم وتوزيع الشقق متطور وفيه فن يشكرون عليه (من اشد المعجبين فيها )
لكن بعد ماشفت الأسعار الفلكيه ؟؟؟شقه توصل مليون وخمس ليه ؟؟؟؟؟ قيمه فله !!!!
عندى سؤال الشركه يوم حطت الأسعار وش كانت تفكر فيه !!
أولا : المكان والشارع واطلاله البلكونات على ايش ! الحدايق الخضراء والا المحلات الراقيه ( شارع غبرته ثايره )
شيء يطل على استراحه شينكو وشيء على مطعم بخارى وشيء على تموينات ومغسله ؟؟؟؟
ثانيا ؛ الشركه يوم ناويه تحط اأاسعار الفلكيه احترمت المشتري وخصصت مساحه خضراء محاطه بأكبر الأشجار
بعيد عن الثلوث البصري
على كل شركه مطوره احترام المشتري واحترام المكان الي تبني فيه واعرف قدره
Beautiful apartments in terms of design and distribution of apartments is sophisticated and has art that they thank (one of the biggest fans of it)
But after the astronomical prices???? It's worth it!!!!
I have a question for the company when the prices were posted and what was it thinking about!!
First: the place, the street, and the balcony views of what! Green gardens and high-end shops (Ghubratha Thayra Street)
Something overlooking Shinko's rest house, something on the Bukhara restaurant, and something on the catering and laundry????
Secondly ; On the day the company intends to lower the astronomical prices, it respects the buyer and allocates a green area surrounded by the largest trees.
Far from the optical triad
Every developer company should respect the buyer and respect the place in which it is built and know its ability

Most of the accounts that evaluate the project 5 stars are fake accounts, I honestly did not trust the project!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صغيرة مره وحتى دورة المياة ماقدر ادخلة ضيق غرفة نوم مايدخل السرير فيه من صغره غرفة الاطفال صغيرة مره قدامك ناس تقريبا ثلاث اشخاص وتحت ثلاث أشخاص يعني سته في الفلة ماتخذ راحتك ولا فيه خصوصيه
Small once and even the bathroom. I can’t enter the narrowness of the bedroom. The bed can’t be entered from the smallness of the children’s room. The children’s room is small. There are about three people in front of you, and under three people. I mean, six people in the villa do not take your comfort and have no privacy.

One of the most beautiful apartments that I have seen, it has features that are not present in the Saudi market ??? Luxurious and tidy and its spaces are large and designed in a way that opens the soul and the best thing I liked about it is that they are all balconies
