Very limited restaurants, the food, and the service are below average and overpriced. They asked for a charge when we request for breakfast in the room!

If I spent my money on a privately rented Estraha much better This is an edit: it came to my attention that the resort is changing ownership hence the chaos, I still do not feel I,a paying customer, should be responsible..examples of what I am complaining about: 1 - mini golf presumably only open inthe scorching hot hours of the afternoon and when asked about it in afternoon was closed for maintenance 2- spa is closed. Which is ironic given its part of the name. They say it's for Corona restriction but after asking again workers are not available 3- swimming pool only open in the afternoon, again this is riyadh and it's almost dangerous to do so given how easly you can get heat struck etc 4- they have bicycles for rent but no one knows who's responsible for them hence can't use them 5- the decorative candles are never lit, corridors are not lit adequately etc It'sa true shame givin the potential this place

A	Aziz ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend your time with your loved ones. It’s a combination of development center and hotel and restaurant or cafe. The staff are friendly and helpful. They serve food, coffee, sweets and hookah in open air with wonderful music. I had no experience with hotel but from the things that I saw I would say it’s a great hotel.
