★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fun of donuts and coffee in “dunkin donut” but in this branch, i always observed that the staff are not proffesional and bad service. I buy munchkin, i said twice to put more on chocolate flavor but he is in a hurry and directly put the box of munchkin in the counter when i pay and check the box its the opposite of my request i told to the counter staff to change into chocolate but they just ignored this is the 2nd time happened to me in this brunch. Crew has a bad attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Barista working in this branch wasn’t professional, I told him small cappuccino and then I asked again to make it medium he said ok but then he started making small I told him again change it to medium, he was angry he started arguing and I asked him to give me his name to report it to the company he refused to give me his name he said it not allowed to you to know my name. I asked him to call his manager but her refused too . For the cappuccino he just poured the milk in the cup was the worst seen to watch.
