★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اللي عجبني بالفرع جلساته رغم صغره الا انه رايق لكن اكثر شي ماعجبني فيه هو الموظفين فيه هم ثاني اسوأ فرع بحايل بعد فرع الوسيطاء لكن كويس ان معهم المشرف متواجد اغلب الاوقات يتدارك المشاكل اللي تصير مع قليلين الخبره اللي عنده
 What I liked about the branch is its sessions, despite its smallness, but it is fine, but the thing I liked most about it is the employees in it. They are the second worst branch in Hail after the mediator branch, but it is good that with them the supervisor is there most of the time to remedy the problems that occur with the few who have experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء فرع مرت عليه لدانكن تاخير مو طبيعي لخدمة السيارات يكرهك بالقهوه ويخرب مزاجك بطول الانتظار ومافيه طلب عن طريق المايك اذا وصلت عن النافذه تطلب نجمة كثيرة عليه
The worst branch I've ever been to Dunkin's, it's not normal for the car service. They hate you with coffee and ruin your mood. The long wait, and there is no request through the mic. If you arrive from the window, you ask for a star on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كل مره ادخل الفرع اتمنى ما اواجه بعض الموضفين بسبب التعامل المُشين، المشكله من بداية الإفتتاح بس اشوفهم بوجهي موجودين شي غريب و قذر مع ذلك بكل مره اواجهم لما اطلب للأسف.
بعيدا عن التأخير، الأسلوب وقح جداً جداً وما امزح اذا قلت اتوقع يتفاخرون بوقحتهم. بس الله يعين.

جيت بالعادة الدونات مخلصة بدري لاكن دايم احصل عندهم ماتروح ، عيبه الخدمة بطيئة ، ودايم زحمة زحمة ، وياليت يكون التشغيل اعلى من كذا لان المكان مره جميل وافضل تصميم عندي بحائل ،،باذن الله يتطورون
The place from the inside is clean,
I usually donuts, sincerely, early on, but I always get what they have, the fault of the service is slow, and it is always crowded, and I wish the operation would be higher than this because the place is once beautiful and I have the best design in Hail,, God willing, they will develop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دانكن غني عن التعريف والمكان جيد ولكن دائماً مزدحم الجلسات ممتازة الخدمة شوي فيهم تأخير ولكن يحتاجون زيادة عدد الموظفين ويكون فيه توجيه للزبائن اذا طلب يتوجه لمكان الاستلام لأنهم يقفون مكان الطلب ويسببون زحام وبالاخص اصحاب التوصيل
Dunkin is well known and the place is good, but the sessions are always crowded, the sessions are excellent, the service is a little late, but they need to increase the number of employees and there is guidance to customers if a request goes to the place of receipt because they stand in the place of the order and cause crowding, especially the delivery owners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Best Donuts and Hot Choco that I and I know will always have. But one thing staff should always maintain stocks specially if the branch operates 24/7 it should not running of out of every flavor of Donuts particularly the on going promos.
