★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in Dunkin Donuts gave me a wrong order last week. I ordered a bagel sandwich but he gave a toast instead. I went back after a week to show a photo of the wrong order. He wasn't apologetic about it, instead he told me it was my mistake. Rude staff in the cashier. I was a regular customer for 2 months as I stayed in a nearby hotel. I will never patronize Dunkin Donuts ever again.
