Prime location - Claiming to serve coffee and other beverages even the coffee I ordered they do not have milk or even creamer No brown sugar no cappuccino or anything that would require milk!
Selection of donuts were very limited.
This branch needs to be reported to the global corporate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dounts, but the cashier guy is so disrespectful, i was giving him my order and he wants me to hurry cuz there are other customers, am i not a customer too?? and i've only took 2 min of his time, and he gave me my resipt even though i wasn't finished ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would leave zero stars if I could. You should not call yourself an American Multinational Company. Awful service from start to finish. The behavior of employees feels ridiculous. Specially the guy on the front name Abdul Qadir very arrogant & slow, don't speak English or Arabic. I wait in line and it's my turn and he is still talking on mobile phone took an hour to place & get my order. Every time I go in this place he have some issue. 1st Time he ask me about my nationality, 2nd time he gave my order to someone else, 3rd time he dropped the box of my donuts and refused to change, 4th time he misbehaved with me worst service I have ever experienced. I already informed the management about my experience and if they don't take action against this guy, next time I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best location in Jeddah , because it overlooks the open sea . If the weather is hit , they have indoor seating . If the weather is nice , you can sit outside on the public benches . The only setback is they don’t have bagels and are late receiving some items which is very disappointing for this amazing view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed this place in best location ever around the town. And they do have good coffee ☕️ quality products and doughnuts ? but unfortunately the quantity was not that enough. And must have more than what they have now. As they have heavy traffic. The rest is well done ??
