★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دائما اتعامل مع فرع الحلقه ولكن اليوم قلت بجرب واروح للفرع ذا
وبعد ماطلبت كان في سرا انتظار لأستلام الطلبات ولكن يوجد سعودي واقف عند مدخل الموضفين كان يطالع في السرا ويشوف اللي يعجبه وياخذ فاتورته ويمشيه قبل السرا !! كنت واقف انا في السرا ومشى قبلي ٤ وكان لابس كاب اسود اتمنى انه يتعلم احترام وادآب السرا م ودي اغلط عليه ??

والدونات انا مو فاهمه دام المنتج مو متوفر ليش تحطون بديل ؟ طلبت أغلبها شوكلت وفالأخير يوصلني بوكس متنوع واحد منقي ومختار على مزاجه وحاطه لي في البوكس وياليت الطعم يااااليت الطعم حلو ولا النكهات لذيذه ولا يسوى الله يديم النعمه أخخخخ انقهرت على فلوسي وربي اول مره كذا انقهر لأنه مبلغ مو بسيط حسبي الله عساه يتقفل للأبد ?❌❌❌❌❌
والله كتبت بكل مصداقيه وبذمه لا احد ينغش فيهم جداً سيء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف يمكن هذا اسوأ فرع لدانكن احب دانكن مرة بس هذا الفرع كرهني فيه كل مرة ادور لهم عذر واقول يلا بعطيهم فرصة ثانية وارجع لهم بعد فترة وكل تجربة اسوأ من اللي قبلها الخدمة سيئة بشكل مو طبيعي الموظفين مدري ليش منفعلين روقو حبايبي ماتسوى حتى القهوة يسوونها لك بدون نفس ومو موزونة كلها حليب مدري وين القهوة بالموضوع غير ان الدونات يحطونها بمزاجهم واذا ناقشتيهم عصبو عليك طيب من حقي اني ارفض اخذ طلب غير اللي طلبته مو تحطون شي بمزاجكم واذا قلت ما ابغاه تزعلون والطاولات علطول وصخة ودايم مايعطونك طلبك صح بس اللي يحبون دانكن لايجون هذا الفرع بيعطيكم انطباع سيء عنه وبتكرهونه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا ترتيب و لا أرقام و تنتظر وقت مو معقول و كمان توصل للاستلام و دوبه يبدأ يجهز الطلب و يعاين فاتورتك و هذا كله من داخل المحل مو طلبات السيارة و دونات مو متوفرة و دعواهم مخلصة و احنا تونا بأول الليل قبل توصل بمنتصف الليل و بليالي رمضان..
