★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف هذا الفرع بالذات جدا سيء من عمالة ومن اللي يقدمونه من قهوة او دونات
لازم الشركة تراجع حسابتها مع هذا الفرع بالذات
اقول كلمة الحق العمالة اظنهم مغصوبين ع العمل
الشركة مااظنها تبغى الرد هذا
لكن الردود واضحة من الكل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان واسع مافيه طولات كثيره وامره بشكل يومي نادر اشوف احد جالس فيه بس دايم في طابور ع القهوه دايم العمال من الضغط منفسين ولا حتى شفتهم يبتسمون ولا مره
The place is spacious, there are not many heights, and I do it on a daily basis. I rarely see anyone sitting in it, but I am always in queue for coffee, the workers are always pressured and relieved, not even once I saw them smile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تحايل وغش . عند عدم توفر المنتجات الموجودة في العرض يجب تنبيه الزبون او المندوب وعدم استبدالها بدون تنبيه لأن الزبون لديه الحق في اختيار طلبه. وعدم توفر قهوة منزوعة الكافين (الديكاف).
الإيجابية الوحيدة هي أن الدونات طازجة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيته في الليل على ١٠ والمحل زحمه مافي غير عامل واحد اللى يشتغل و لمن جاء العامل الثاني عمنا جالس على جواله و عندي الاثبات على كلامي و الكابتشينو بارده !!!!!! وغير اخلاقه اللى في خشمه حسيت انو انا اللى اشتغل عنده ، اسوء فرع زرته و ان شاء الله اخر مرا و لو في اقل من النجمه كان حطيتها
