أحد الموظفين مشكورًا حاول المساعدة و لكن مساعدة موظف لا تكفي اذا كلنت سياسة المؤسسة عدم الاهتمام بجودة الخدمة .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت معهم بزواج بنتي كان التعامل معهم مريح الى حد ما ، الكوشه كانت تمام تأخروا شوي بالتركيب الضيافه ممتازه والمشرفه اللي اسمها فريده كانت حبوبه معنا لأبعد حد ومتعاونه جزاها الله خير هي والبنات اللي معها طلبنا يسوون مسكة العروس واتفقنا معهم على شي ودفعنا وفي اخر لحظه قالوا ماحصلنا الورد وغيروه لنوع ثاني وتأخروا جداً بالتسليم
اتمنى منهم الحرص أكثر والتجديد ومواكبه كل جديد سواء في الاثاث او الديكور او الإكسسوارات

I wish them to be more careful and renew and keep up with everything new, whether in furniture, decor or accessories

-المتفق عليه التصوير ٥:٠٠ الكوشة ماخلصت الا ٥ الا والعمال متجمعين ماهم عارفين شغلهم
-التشوكلت جايبين ورامينه عند الباب ماحد حتى نبهنا لو مانتبهنا
-القهوجيات مفترض ٧ طال عمرهم ٨ توهم يجون على ماخلصوا قهوتهم وطبخوها صارت ٩
- صاحبة المحل او الموظفة جاية تصور شغلهم ماهمها اي شي حصل !!! ماسمحنا لك تصورين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت معهم مرتين بزواجين عندي مرة ممتازين ومعاملتهم ماشاء الله ويجون بالوقت انا اروح للقاعة قبل اذان العصر كل شي جاهز
الشوكلاته عندهم لذيذة مرة كل الضيوف يسألون عنه

ما احكيلكم على بشاعة المنظر
على اني حرصتهم وجيتهم ٣ مرات اعيد وازيد بالكلام وينصدمون من اني مو واثقه ومتخوفه ويضحكون فيني وحنا خبررره والى اخره
١/ بعد الاتفاق اصرو علينا ندفع قبل الزواج باسبوع اجبااري ! وعند الدفع انصدمنا بانهم كاتبين عندهم غير المتفق عليه من زيادات بشعه لم نطلبها ومن اغراض ناقصه ومن الوان لم نتفق عليها ورجعنا نعيد ونزيد عليهم واجبرناهم يكتبون العقد بالتفصيل الممل .
٣/ المبلغ ١٣ الف ولا المطلوب لا يسوى هذي القيمه
٤/الكوشه تم تجهيزها على اذان العشاء ?? والضيوف مع العمال للاسف انتبهت لتعليقات هنا متاخر وسمعت بتاخيرهم فبلغتهم كذا مره ان الكوشه تكون جاهزه الصباح واكدو لي انهم على كلامهم لكن الي حصل عكس ذلك
٥/ بشاعة المنظر كراسي مكسوره يعدلون ارجلها قدامي وانكسرت باحد الضيوف
يدهنون ويعدلون بالالوان والاثار الساعه ٧ المغرب ما تتخيلون ريحت الدهان مختلطه بالعود .
٦/ كل شي متهالك ومقطع ومخمش وبان بالتصوير للاسف ?
٧/ الاغرض نقصت ورقعوها لي
٨/ بعد المطالبه بتعويض عن كل هذي (الي نقص والتاخير والاغراض المتهالكه) تم اعطائي الف ريال تسكيتيه .
