★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well my opinion is that they have good facilities and equipment’s. But when it comes to treatment its not so nice at all. recently i visited the endocrinology department , the way of treatment was not at all satisfactory. Even i personally heard from the nursing staff itself “they don’t have good doctors”. overall an expensive hospital for bad treatment.
NB: They accept insurance cards from VVIP gold or higher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this hospital is quite awful! Dealing with some of the staff members can be a nightmare and the patient affairs office has nothing to offer! My overall experience is horrible. I've visited a surgery clinic, a dermatology clinic, and a dental clinic for a checkup and/or treatment. None of my visits was satisfactory! They may change their policies with no further notice ignoring all ethnical standards that respect the patient's rights.
Needless to mention how expensive this hospital is, so you pay too much to be disrespected and mistreated!
The only bright side, if any, is that it is almost the only private hospital in this region with decent equipment and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away, I am writing this review in regard to Covid travel testing. First, they will capture your interest by saying that they charge a very low rate fare for the test and then you have to pay via online application. The shock is that once you go there for taking the sample, you have to wait at leat THEEE HOURS!!!!! What a waste of time and energy! I have been taking Covid test across the nation and literary have not seen such a horrible experience. Please please stay away
