There is no doctor who specializes in nutrition. It is all copy and pasted. You must follow this printed diet regarding food. As for supplements, etc., I did not use them, frankly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يا اخوان والله العظيم أن بدلة التخسيس والشاهي اللي يوهمون الناس فيه انها كذبه، لأنه حتى لو رأيت منها نتيجة فلها أضرار جانبية وتقدرون تبحوث في اليوتيوب وتشوفون أضرارها، مثل هذي المحلات يكون في علمكم هي محلات تجارية بحته ما يهمهم انك تنزل وزن بطريقة صحية ابداً، بل الأهم عندهم انك تشتري من منتجاتهم وانك تنزل وزنك حتى لو كان ذلك على حساب صحتك، فالحذر واجب.
