★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميع منتجات وزارة الاسكان رائعه وجميله لانها حكوميه وتتمتع بالامانه والمصدقه وانصح اي مستفيد من وزارة الاسكان ان يحجز وينتظر حتى لو ٣٠سنه ولا يقع في التجربه المره التي وقعت فيها انا شخصيا. اطلب من الله ان يخلصني منها وارجع مستفيد ومستحق للدعم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بسبب التاخير قدم شكوى الان على موقع وزارة الاسكان حيكون في تعويض لايقل عن 7 في المية من قيمة العقار بسبب التاخير عن كل سنه حسب ماوصلني من شخص مسؤل وتم تعويض البعض باجهزة منزليه ومكيفات في حال عدم التجاوب قدم شكوى في المحكمة التجارية ضد وزارة الاسكان وارجوا التواصل معي لمعرفة اجراءات الشكوى
Because of the delay, file a complaint now on the Ministry of Housing website. I will be compensated at least 7 percent of the property value because of the delay for each year, according to what I received from a responsible person. Some were compensated with home appliances and air conditioners. With me to know the complaint procedures

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة لو اخذت من الشقق الجاهزة افضلي لي ثلاث سنين ادفع ايجار وخساير الى الان ماسكنت الله اعلم متى نسكن ولكن انا محبط جدااا
Frankly, if I took from the ready-made apartments, I would prefer three years to pay rent and losses until now. God knows when we will live, but I am very disappointed

خصم قسط الشقة له سنتين وندفع اجار وشكلنا راح نسكن في الشارع القسط ٤١٠٠ ريال واجار ايضا
لاحول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم
اشتكينا علي وافي وزاره الاسكان والنتيجة صفر
الي موقع نصيحة لايوقع تورطنا معهم
العمالة اتوقع من الشارع من الباطن
