النظافة ممتازة
تعامل موظفين الاستقبال جيد الى حد ما
خدمة الغرف سيئة جدا ( تتواصل معاه يقول العامل ارسله لك بعد ساعة و يسحب عليك ساعتين وتتواصل معاه يقول مشغول ينظف غرف ل ناس خارجة طيب انا مستاجر جالس عندك ارسله لي ينظف الشقة ابدا من الشقة الي فاضية !!!؟؟؟؟ )
السعر مبالغ جدا غرفتين وصالة ب 270 ريال
وغرفتين بدون صالة ب 230 ريال وعند التحدث مع موظف الاستقبال يقول بالجموم متفقين على هالسعر بحكم اننا فقط عمارتين ل الشقق المفروشة بالجموم

Cleanliness is excellent
The reception staff is very good
Room service is very bad (you contact him and the worker says I will send him to you after an hour and he pulls you for two hours and you contact him and he says he is busy cleaning rooms for people outside ok I am a renter sitting with you he sent him to me to clean the apartment never from the apartment to the empty one!!!???)
The price is very high, two rooms and a hall for 270 riyals
And two rooms without a hall for 230 riyals, and when talking to the receptionist, he says in Jamoum, we agree on this price, because we are only two buildings for furnished apartments in Jamoum.
