★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i ordered a cold matcha and what i received was a milk with matcha little balls on top.. every one knows that when you make a matcha you should whisk the matcha powder with hot water until it all melt and mix together and then add ice and milk.. but apparently they didn’t mix it so this is what happened (pictures)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flat white was OK however the Service wasn’t convenient I didn’t like the idea that I have to go and grab my coffee and go back to my table I would appreciate A better service as I’m sitting in The coffee shop.also I would appreciate to have glass cup instead of paper if I’m sitting in coffee shop.
