You're an attraction I get it but the fact that someone is waiting out that's something you shouldn't take for granted!
it's 2021!! customers come & go but your reputation is something you must uphold across all your branches!
it builds up until a new spot comes along & then you're competing with them how?
when customers come back because they had a pleasant experience!

โ โ โ โ โ Visited Dose cafe post midnight today. Suprisingly there was a good footfall even this late in evening. The Cafe has good ambience and a huge seating area available both indoor and outdoor. We ordered Dose KitKat coffee which was nice, hot chocolate which was average , Nutella Brownie was good in taste. Had ordered Caramele Latte however the staff goofed up while taking our order we got Salted Caramele Latte instead, hence the negative point. The price is slightly towards the higher side. Talking about the overall experience I might visit the cafe again only for the ambience and location of this place.To conclude nothing extraordinary about the coffee they serve. I have had better coffee in the past.
