He made a mistake by adding extra ingredients, I revised the invoice with him and he attacked me claiming my calculation not correct.
I returned again to him to explain that the cost is higher than menu prices , then he started to calculate and went to discuss with his colleague till he finally acknowledged the mistake, after that he call someone to fix it on system and told him this is not his mistake , its the customer mistake !!
I thought my pizza is on fire but I found he didn’t yet started since 15 mins , he left me waiting and process other orders !!
What kind of training you gave to your employee Domino’s !!!!
