خدمة سيئه جده
غرفه نوم من خمس اشهر الى هذه اللحظه لم يتم استلامها . ناهيك عن اغلاق المحل ونقله دون وضع اي خبر للمستهلك مع اغلاق الجوالات وعدم الرد على الهاتف . عدم تسليم الغرفه بالوقت المحدد دخلنا بالشهر السادس ولم استلم اي قطعه .. لذلك اي شخص مستعجل ما حتوصلك بضاعتك فلا تشتري منهم .
كما بجب تامين نفسك بشرط جزائي في حاله التاخير .
اتحدث عن فرع المدينه فقط عن تجربه فاشله جدااا ،
اضطريت للتواصل مع فرع جده ،، وكانو الاخوه متجاوبين جدا على قدر من الاحترام والتعامل مع العملاء خاصه الاستاذ يوسف السقاف ..
ملاحظه الاخت اللي حاطه ٥ نجمات والمحل اساسا مغلق وقت كتابة التعليق وما زال مغلق الى هذه اللحظه !!!?

Bedroom from five months to this moment has not been received. Not to mention closing the shop and moving it without putting any news to the consumer with the phones being turned off and the phone not being answered. The room was not delivered on time. We entered the sixth month and I did not receive any pieces.. Therefore, anyone in a hurry, if you do not receive your goods, do not buy from them.
You must also insure yourself with a penalty in the event of delay.
I'm talking about the city branch only from a very failed experience,
I had to communicate with the Jeddah branch,, and the brothers were very responsive with a degree of respect and dealing with customers, especially Mr. Youssef Al-Saqqaf..
Note the sister who has 5 stars and the shop is basically closed at the time of writing the comment and is still closed to this moment!!!?
