★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had initially reported below issue, then Doctor M and Maghrabi reverted back to me by providing an equal replacement of German lens to the lost one. Hence, changing my review to 5 star.
1. They lost my Carl Ziess lens giving me a loss of 1600 SAR.
2. Their lens quality is very bad.
