★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يا شباب ترا ماهم مثل اول ، جيتهم يوم الاثنين ١٤ فبراير ولا بدلو الشواحن ولا عاد الضمان مثل اول ، واضح من الموظف انهم قايلين له عقد الامور في التبديل يعني خلاص الضمان جب فاتورة وش الجوال و شواحن قوي معروفة جودة متوسطة انا حقيقة احب قوي علشان ضمانه كان تب التب كان يستبدلون بسرعة غطى الضمان على الناقص من الجودة اما الحين ما عاد يسوى اشتر شاحن اصلي احسن لك

اسوء خدمة ما بعد البيع . شريت منتج وظهر فيه عيب مصنعي وتم تصوير العيب المصنعي . وديته الصيانه يقولون المنتج سليم . لكن يوجد عندي المقطع اللي يثبت صحة كلامي . رفضت استلم منتج به عيب مصنعي وخاصة انه كهربائي من اجل سلامتي وسلامة بيتي . انا تعلمت درس اني ما اخذ على كلام المشاهير والمعلنين . وقررت اقاطع منتجات قوي . اي منتج عندي من قوي برميه واتجه للشركات المحترمة اللي جودتها عالية وضمانها اكيد وخدمة ما بعد البيع محترمة . انا اسف اني وثقت في جنتوشوب وفي خدمتهم للعميل . تجربة لن تتكرر باذن الله مهما كانت مغريات العروض بدون خدمة ما بعد البيع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قبل خمس دقايق طلعت من عندهم ..كلمة حق وبكل امانه من افضل الشركات وعلى رأس القائمه من حيث خدمه ما بعد البيع جيتهم معي وصله شاحن ايفون اثنين وواحد باور بنك صار لهم معي تقريبا سنتين وصله شحنها متقطع والباور بنك ضعف شوي ومن دون ما يتاكد من تاريخ الضمان وبتوقيت ٣ دقايق عطوني وصلتين جديدة وباور بنك اخر نسخه هيرو اضيف ع ذلك فن التعامل من الموظفين اسلوب يخليك تطلع من عندهم وانت مبتسم صراحه احترام وتقدير للعميل ومهما كانت مشكلتك ما تطلع الا وهم مرضينك اشكرهم ويا ليت كل الشركات واولهم حاسبات العرب التابعين لشركة أبل العالمية تتعلم من ابداع جنتوشوب ??
