★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التغليف حلو وشغلهم بطل ولكن ينقصهم الاحترافية ورضا العميل ، طلبت هدية وكتب على الكرت غلط املائي بدل (مبروك) كتب (مبروم ) ،وكمان كرتون الشكولاته جاء فيه مويا وصار شكله مبقع مو حلو ، ولما قلتلهم على الغلط ابدا مافي اي اعتذار ولاشي ،قال المويا تنشف ولا نشفت وارسلو الهدية لشخص بدون تعديل لا على الكرت ولا الكرتون ،
يعني لازم الواحد اذا يبغى يهدي يروح المحل بنفسه ويشوف كل شي بعيونه قبل مايعتمد الهدية .
 The packaging is nice and their job is a hero, but they lack professionalism and customer satisfaction, I asked for a gift and wrote on the card a misspelling instead of “Congratulations.” He wrote “Congratulations”, and also the carton of chocolates came in moya and became stained and not sweet, and when I told them about the mistake, there was never any apology or anything, Moya said Do not dry, and send the gift to someone without modification, neither on the card nor the carton.
I mean, if one wants to give gifts, he must go to the store himself and see everything with his own eyes before accepting the gift.
