★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist lady doesn't know system at all. She took money from us saying we don't have insurance. After that doctor checked and wrote injections. My father came said we have insurance. The lady didn't check properly. She went to another senior man to ask how to check for insurance. Thn the senior man checked and said yes they have insurance. She didn't check insurance properly again and asked too much money for injections. She made us wait 2 hrs just to chck insurance. Very bad experience.
Also no checking of tawakalna on entrance. Is this even an hospital? They don't care if anyone checks temperature or no.
