★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ذهبت لإصدار شهادة صحيه لحيواني الاليف معه شهادة تطعيم حسب القانون السعودي وزارة الزراعه بمدينتك تعطيك شهادة صحيه بموجب دفتره مادام متكامل وتصدر بيسر لكن وجدت انهم يسألوني كيف تستخرج الشهادة وكم مدتها ويقولون اذهبوا للمطار مع انهم هم المسؤولين هذا عملهم ويريدون يذهبون بنا للمطار؟ ويقولون فيها مرمطه لماذا؟نحن سعوديين. حتى مديرهم ايمن محمد يهددنا بالطرد من مكتب الدوله لماذا؟فقط اي موظف يختمها ونحن واقفين لماذا يستهترون كيف اطلع شهادة صحيه وجلست بالشمس في الخارج حتى يأتي الموظف وقال اذهب للمطار؟

And they say Marmata, why? We are Saudis. Even their manager, Ayman Muhammad, threatens us with expulsion from the state office. Why? Only any employee stamps it while we are standing. Why are they being careless? How can I get a health certificate and sit in the sun outside until the employee comes and says go to the airport?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة غير متعاونين ، ولا يعرفو يقدموا اي خدمة او استشارة في مصلحة المزارع .
يحتاجوا تدريب مكثف في التعامل مع المواطنين " العملاء" ومعرفة الغرض والدور الوظيفي الواجب عليهم .
Bad, uncooperative, and do not know to provide any service or advice in the interest of the farmer.
They need extensive training in dealing with citizens "clients" and knowledge of the purpose and job role they owe.
