★ ★ ★ ★ ★ واجهة مشكلة تهريب في شطاف الحمام . لاكن مشكلة غير مزعجة بالنسبة لي . استأجرت شقتين 308 و 307 التهريب كان في الشقتين جميعا .. اول 4 ايام عيد الفطر 1439 ..
التكييف جدا ممتاز
الأثاث جدا جدا نظيف نظيييف نظيييف ولا توجد فيه روائح
( بالنسبة لأغلب الشقق المفروشه روائح كريهه جدا )
ماشاءالله تبارك الرحمن
الكنب في الصالة نظيف جدا .
سخان الحمام الله يكرمكم حار و بارد ( ميزة موجوده عندهم وغير موجودة بشقق أخرى ) .
الأسعار مناسبة لأغلب شرائح الناس .
خدمة الإستقبال الأخ علاء بالخصوص جدا محترم وخلوق ومتعاون ..
العمال متعاونين جدا من ناحية غسيل وكوي الملابس
ويجيبو لك من البقالة اغراضك واحتياجك لك ولأطفالك .
أول شقق اسكن فيها أحصل ميزة
( العمال ما يطلبو بخشيش )
عجبتني النقطة ذي
لأن اغلب الاماكن اللي سبق ونزلت فيها عمالتها يطلبو بخشيش وهذا شي يضايق نوعا ما ..

Air conditioning is very excellent
The furniture is very very clean, tidy, clean and no odors
(For most of the furnished apartments it smells very unpleasant)

The sofa in the hall is very clean.
The bathroom heater, may God bless you, is hot and cold (an advantage they have that does not exist in other apartments).
Prices are suitable for most people.
The reception service, Brother Alaa, is especially respectful, ethical and cooperative.
The workers are very cooperative in terms of washing and ironing clothes
From the grocery store, they pick up your things and your needs for you and your children.
The first apartments I live in I get an advantage
(Workers do not ask for tips)
I liked the point
Because most of the places that have previously deployed their workers are asking for Bakhish, and this is somewhat bothering ..
Thanks to the owner and thanks to the staff and helpers for our service and comfort

غرف النوم واسعه، وسعر مناسب (استأجرت غرفتين بصالة جلوس).
الشاشه ذكية يوجد بها يوتيوب و تطبيقات.
شبكة الانترنت تغطي كامل الشقه وممتازة.
سلبيات:
الصالة صغيرة ويفتح باب الشقه مباشرة عليها.
حمام واحد فقط.
المطبخ صغير، الثلاجه لا تعمل، انسداد تصريف المجلى، لايوجد أدوات طبخ على الاقل براد.
غسالة الملابس ذات حوضين وغير نظيفة.
Positives:
The bedrooms are spacious, and affordable (I rented two rooms with a lounge).
The screen is smart with YouTube and applications.
The internet covers the entire apartment and is excellent.
Negatives:
The hall is small and the apartment door opens directly on it.
Only one bathroom.
Small kitchen, refrigerator not working, sink drain clogged, no cooking utensils, at least a refrigerator.
The washing machine has two basins and is not clean.

دخلت الشقة ووجدتها غير مناسبه تماماً .. ملاحظاتي :
- اول ما دخلت الشقة كرسي الحمام كان وسخ تماماً ( لم يتم سحب السيفون من المستأجر الذي قبلي )
- مغسلة اليد بالحمام ( يوجد كسر كبير بالرخام )
- ستاند الشامبو بالحمام ( به صدأ )
- المجلى بالمطبخ ( به صدأ )
- يوجد تمديدات خارجيه للسباكة بالمطبخ
- دولاب المطبخ مخلوع
- بلاط الارضيه بالمطبخ متفكفك
- يوجد تقشير في دهانات الجدران
- كرسي التسريحة بغرفة النوم عليه كتابات ولا ينفع تجلس عليه
- طاولة الصالة بها الوان واستيكرات وغير نظيفة
- حصلت وساخات ببطانية احد الاسرّه
- طلب مخده وطراحه وبطانية اضافية .. وصلتني الطراحة مشقوقة وشبه متهالكه .. والبطانية بها رائحة كريهة
- النظافة بشكل عام ١٠/٤
أول مره اسكن بالشقق ذي .. وان شاء الله تكون أخر مره .. والله العظيم ليس قصدي الاساءة لمالك الشقق ولكن هذه الملاحظات للتطوير

I entered the apartment and found it completely inappropriate.. My notes:
- The first time I entered the apartment, the toilet seat was completely dirty (the siphon was not pulled from the tenant before me)
- Hand washbasin in the bathroom (there is a large broken marble)
- Shampoo stand in the bathroom (it has rust)
- The sink in the kitchen (it has rust)
There are external plumbing extensions in the kitchen
- Kitchen cupboard toppled
The kitchen floor tiles are disassembled
There is peeling in the wall paints
- The dressing chair in the bedroom has writings on it and it is not useful to sit on it
- The hall table has colors and stickers and is not clean
- I got dirt on one of the beds' blankets
- He asked for a pillow, pillow and an extra blanket.. I received the pillowcase cracked and almost dilapidated..and the blanket had a foul smell
Hygiene in general 10/4
This is the first time I live in the apartments, and, God willing, it will be the last time.. By God Almighty, I do not intend to offend the owner of the apartments, but these notes are for development
