★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I subscribed to diet watcher full program plan with a nutrition specialist for a month and stuck to it completely (No food oustide the box, walking for 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week). We both lost 5kg in just one month!
The full program + consulting is very expensive to pay for but worth it if you just dont want/busy to cook/prepare your own food.The food is really good! Way better than diet Centre and cambridge diet soups.
The diet is amazing, its not harsh as the other diet companies in Riyadh, you just have to stick to it. They have in their menu options like burgers, lasagna's just smaller quantities. (if you start off with the 1,500 calorie plan, you might get hungry the first month but you will get used it by the next month).
I would highly recommend anyone to consult their nutritionist first at least once to get a sense of how to build your full monthly meal plans (how many calories to take, how many sweet snacks to take in a week and etc) and to ensure you lose weight.
I subscribed before to diet watcher but I didn't take a consultant and put random menu options, and didnt stick to the food that came in the box and obviously I lost no weight.
If you are considering taking diet watcher, my advice is visit their consultant at least just the first month, do not eat outside the box and stick to their plan.
