Very bad customer services. The delivery must be at 8-9 am .
Pickup i arrived at 5.15 pm Friday the shop closed.
What i should do break the diet because shop is closed very frustrating to depend on them.
Update :they assume i know the shop opening and closing hours like they notify me before) the bad experience never end.
لا انصح بيه في اشتراكات الشهور خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا . رد متاخر علي الاقل خلال يوم.
بالاضافة للتوصيل لازم يكون اخر معاد٩ الصبح.
الاستلام النهارده وصلت المحل الساعه ٥.١٥ المحل مقفول . للاسف نظام كيتو وجبات غير مشبعه .سلطة صغيره جدا. ومش مكتوب المكونات والمعلومات العذائية علي اي علبه.
لا انصح بيه.

I do not recommend it for monthly subscriptions, customer service is very poor. Late reply, at least a day later.
In addition to delivery, the last date must be 9 am.
Today's pickup arrived at the shop at 5.15, the shop is closed. Unfortunately, keto diets are not satiated. Salad is too small. The ingredients and nutritional information are not written on any package.
I don't recommend it.

I don't know what is its benefit in life. An open day, a closed day, and if the meals are open, there is no stinging in the sense of the word

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took chicken Kabsa meal from the store and ir was fresh meal made at same day. I am not sure if I was chewing chicken or stones! The chicken was very rough and dry. It was a bad experience and not enjoyable meal at all. If you want to serve healthy food it shouldn't be tasteless!
