★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف خدمة سيئة، وما في مراقبة، بعض الفروع بتقفل خلال ساعات الدوام. فرع الشفاء بالرياض مقفل من صلاة الضهر لساعة 14:00، وتم الاتصال على الاخ يأكد نفس الشي، وتم الاتصال بخدمة العملاء يقولون الفرع لازم يكون مفتوح وشغال حسب ما يظهر عندهم.
