تأخير في انهاء المعاملات ولا يوجد متابعة للموظفين من الإدارة واذا لم تعقب بشكل مستمر تنسى المعاملة لي اكثر من تسع شهور حتى يقرر يخرج مساح أولا يخرج وتشويت للمراجع بين المديرية والوزارة وفرعهم في ثادق وحدث ولا حرج قمة الفوضى وسوء المتابعة وكأننا خارج المملكة

For those coming to get pet travel papers, please see my posted photos and read instructions below, valid as of July 2018. Go to set of buildings across from NADEC. First visit your personal veterinarian for guidance on your country-specific requirements for your cat or dog. For the USA, for example, rabies vaccine must be received one month prior to travel. You will need all required vaccines for your country PRIOR to you Ministry of Environment visit. You will also need to implant a microchip identity tag. Travel to Europe or UAE requires an extended rabies test that is needed before your Ministry visit. Ask your clinic or APC Clinic for assistance. For any pet besides cat or dog please ask your veterinarian clinic if your pet can be exported. Livestock and horses may require other papers and processes. (For horses there are three visa types - Arabian purebred horses, Sport horses, and pleasure horses. Apparently donkeys cannot be exported unless you make "arrangements" with friends.) First and foremost, bring your pet to this Ministry!!! ?? Along with your pets heath records and microchip number. It is normal to have the animal with you and will not be a problem at all. You must round to 5 offices. See map image. Offices can change however. When you first enter the building, turn right after the ladies sitting area and head almost all the way down the hall. Find down on the left a hallway ending in a set of scroll-decorated doors. Go down the hallway and exit the rear of the building. Straight ahead is the Veterinary clinic. It now has a clear sign above. Start here with a visit to the veterinarian with your pet. Alternately you can drive around the main building (to the backside) to the Vet Clinic. Inform the veterinarian if you require export and import papers or just export. (if you will return with your pet you need BOTH). Once you finish the veterinarian physical he will give you the import and or export documents. Return to the main building to round to four offices. See my map photo. Find each office in turn. If you get confused most staff can guide you. In each office you will receive a signature or stamp. You don't need your pet for this process so if you have someone with you, your guest and the pet can rest in the waiting area. On the map the third office is not correct. The third office is upstairs and all the way at the end to the right (facing the building rear/if you enter the main door). At the end of the hall, turn left and go to the end and enter into an executive secretary area. All other rooms are on first floor per the map. Once your documents are finalized you have 30 days to travel. Ask the Ministry veterinarian to be sure that the deadline has not changed. According to APC Clinic you must return to your veterinarian clinic, with your pet, to receive a heath certificate. This may be specific to the country to which you plan to travel. Ask your veterinarian or the Ministry veterinarian. Take all documents to the Airport and expect a visit to the Airport gate police for a review of your documents.. Give an extra hour for check-in to complete this review.
