★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost a year and a half now the Delta home delivery trucks are not delivering water to our home unless we call them.The distribution division are responsible for delivering Delta water to their customers. I will look into other water companies

Day 1 and 2 they picked up my call, registered my request and confirmed that the refill would be provided within 24 Hrs....today although on the web their timings are till 7 PM a recorded voice says 5 PM closing time...there is no response on the mobile number given and when asked to give the concerned person's contact they do not give..... pathetic customer service and at the end of the call they expect you to grade them for their service.....A Big Shame for such a big and reputable organization. I did not want to give any ⭐ but I could not post without it ?
