★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit far from the city center but offers great place for expats. Security is good, the place has very little plants and trees with lots of plastic grass. Houses are painted peach though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible compound! The manager Omar is a bully who treats lots of residents badly. He treats different people in different ways according to his preference and liking. Some pay 3 months in advance and some are forced to pay 6 months only because he feels like it. He doesn't respond to calls when there are major problems in the compound. Things/toys/bikes get stollen if left out of sight!
No higher Managment to contact. It used to be a nice compound but now it is awful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to few compounds in Riyadh and this one really stands out. The outdoor cafe beside the pool is very cosy and relaxing, food is tasty and the shisha was good. I highly recommend going during the weekdays, as it gets crowded in the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb Place, but they need to keep heater at each table plus service is so slow. Environment is quite good plus perfect for friends and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the number listed in google and an Egyptian guy answered my call at 2:43 pm and he was so rude on the phone and refused to give out his name or give me the management phone number to answer my questions!
They should hire a professional individual with good customer service skills not an arrogant person!
