★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very poor. Staff people are very rude, they act as if we are getting the books for free. I went to this shop yesterday, and I found this one guy, with orange hair and glasses extremely ignorant and rude, he is sooo busy in his job, that he ignores some of our requests. Also I dont know if he is getting flooded with work and stress or what, but Uncle pls calm down! This much stress is not good for your age... Also i only found some books of grade 11, so overall very disappointed with Deiny this year...
