★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffered alot with them when they reviewed my documents:
1- They told the due date to issue my data flow report us 40 days but they took 50 days to issue it and after hard pushing from my side on social media and tickets.
2- they ignored some of my tickets specially after the 40 days due date is finished.
3- They cause me major problems because of their management for the extra payments required from my university and I was out of my country. I don't know why they didn't take the extra payments from us and add it to the data flow fees and they pay it!!!
