ورغم ان الكتب والاختيارات كانت جيدة بل ممتازة، لكن الخدمة سيئة. يبدو أنهم غيروا الموظفات البشوشات واستبدلوها بإخرى بائسة لم تبتسم ولم تحاور الطفل ولم تسئله عن اهتماماته بعكس الموظفات الأخريات التي جعلن تجربتنا رائعة، هذه منعتنا من تصفح إحدى كتب الموسوعات بحجة انها غالية وبأعداد محدوة وإن تصفحها طفلي وفتح أبوابها الصغيرة ستتلف. أعتقد أنه من المؤسف أن لا يضعون نسخة لتجربة الأطفال، عندما زرت مكتبة مؤخرًا في بريطانيا كان الأطفال يتصفحون بأريحية بل بتشجيع من طاقم العمل لكن هنا الأطفال مهمشين حتى بمحلات الأطفال، وإن فتح محل يعنى ويحتفي بهم فإنه لفترة محدودة فقط ثم يسوء مثله مثل باقي الخدمات السيئة الأخرى التي لا تعنى بالعميل وتجربته.
حتمًا ستكون زيارتي الأخيرة، وإن أعجبني كتب منهم سأطلبها من دور النشر مباشرة من غير وسيط.
Update: I visited them after 9 months of writing an excellent review for them
Although the books and selections were good but excellent, the service was poor. It seems that they changed the cheerful female employees and replaced them with a miserable one who did not smile and did not talk to the child and did not ask him about his interests, unlike the other female employees who made our experience wonderful. I think it is unfortunate that they do not put a copy to experience the children, when I visited a library recently in Britain, the children were browsing comfortably, but with the encouragement of the staff, but here the children are marginalized even in the children's shops, and if a store opens that means and celebrates them, it is for a limited time only and then it gets worse like the rest of the services The other bad is that it does not concern the customer and his experience.
It will definitely be my last visit, and if I like books from them, I will order them from publishing houses directly without an intermediary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتبه جميله واتابعكم من زمان .. كتب هادفه وبعيده عن الرسومات المخيفه والخيالية .. كتب تناسب برأيي من سنتين الى عمر ١٦ سنه .. معجبه جدا وفخوره ولكن اتمنى مراجعة الاسعار لكي تكونوا المرجع لجميع الاباء والامهات ?
His library is beautiful and I have been following you for a long time.. purposeful books and far from scary and imaginary drawings.. books that fit in my opinion from two years to 16 years old.. I am very impressed and proud, but I wish to review the prices so that you will be the reference for all parents ?

و فيه برضو كتب للنشاطات و التعليم و التسليه
و فيه كتب تشرح البلوغ للبنات و للاولاد
مروها مع صغاركم و خليهم يختارون و حببوهم بالكتب ❤️
