★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق غاية في الروعه سكنت فيها شهرين متتاليين ولاندمت ابداً نظظظيفه جداً جداً وانترنت سريع ومجاني للمستأجرين والأستاذ فارس وطاقم الموظفين اخلاقهم عااالييية جداً لدرجة ان الموظف السوداني عندما علم بزيارة والدي طلب من الموظف السوداني الاخر مساعدتي بترتيب الشقه ونظف لي الشقه كامله ورفض ياخذ مقابل واتمنى ان لا احد يتدخل من خارج الطاقم ويشوه سمعة الشقق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ علاوة على التعامل السيئ ،، النظافه صفر بالميه ، والقمل ينتشر في ارجاء العمارة
نبذه عن تجربتي :
وجدت جزء الاضاءه لا تعمل ومغسلة الوضوء مسدودة
ثم غيرت لشقة اخرى علها تكون افضل
فكان المكيف عطلان ورائحة الشقة منتنه
لايهتمون بالنظافة ابداً
ايضا لا يوجد بالمطبخ الا ثلاجة فقط..
والمعروف ان الايجار الشهري من المفترض توفير ادوات الطبخ .
وعندما تنقل المشكلة للاستقبال او لصاحب الشقق يرد عليك ( هذا اللي عندنا ??)
?القمل?
طبعا اضطريت ان اترك الشقة بعد ان اكتشفت القمل في وفي اطفالي
*نصيحة: اختارو المكان النظيف حتى لو كان السعر مرتفع .
*نصيحة لصاحب شقق دار الفارس ، اتق الله واعطِ قليل من الاهتمام مقابل ما تاخذ من المستأجرين

Then I changed to another apartment, hoping it would be better
The air conditioner was broken and the apartment smelled badly
They never care about cleanliness
Also, there is no kitchen except a refrigerator.
It is known that the monthly rent is supposed to provide cooking utensils.
And when you transfer the problem to the reception or to the apartment owner, he will respond to you (This is what we have ??)

Of course, I had to leave the apartment after I discovered lice in and around my children
