★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried their lash extensions and asked if my lashes are going to fall and they told me no and they’ll remove it for me when ever I want as part of the serves
, after putting the lashes I went to the cashier to ask about removing she told me they charge on this removing 180 Sr! Tho she didn't tell me before! After putting the lashes my eyes started to hurt and devolp pumps on the lash line and my lashes started falling from roots on the third day and kept falling. In 3 weeks I had no lashes! Worst serves ever never going back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done manicure for 2, both staff were very unwelcoming and uncooperative, when asked for french with multi end colors she refused to do it until we convinced her to… nail polish wasn’t set right and kept getting scratches
Dujour has to pay more attention the quality service by their staff

Highly representable attire and great manners on such busy night.
Second time with Girly, absolutely amazing job with my hair as I hardly ever find hairdressers who can work well on my hair..
My only and hopefully constructive criticism is regarding the washroom, it could be maintained better in terms of cleanliness and availability of clean tissues.
Other than that the experience was overall pleasant, all thanks to the team and their efforts and overtime to cover the cosutmers demands on a busy night, ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this salon today and met Basma, a fantastic hairstylist. She did amazing root colour for me, and to make my experience even better, she pampered me with a hair mask and beautiful hair drying. She will definitely be my go to hairstylist.
I also met Haifa, a very friendly and professional receptionist. All in all, I highly recommend this Salon.
