★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماشاء الله تبارك الله كانت تجربتي معهم جميله جدا. وخصوصاً موظفة الريسبشن روما قمه في الاخلاق والتعامل والرقي بالاضافه انها فاهمه الشغل وتعرف وين توجهك كنت ابغى صبغة للشعر لون صعب مرررة وطلعوه لي والحين سويت عندهم خلطة مرام بشوف النتيجه واكتب تجربتي واكثر شي اعجبني بالمشغل دقة الفلبينيه في الصبغه وتعاونهم مع بعض وخوفهم وحرصهم على ان الشعر مايتضرر وهذي اهم نقطه بالنسبه لي وان شاء الله اكرر تجربتي معهم فرع الخليج

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سويت عندهم بديكير ومناكير اللي سوت لي وحده هنديه اتوقع ماادري بس سمرا مو فلبينيه جداً جداً سيئه اول شئ حاطين لي الصابون فيري حرفياا والله العلي العظيم مكذب اشم فيري ولون الصابون اصفر وحتى المويه كانت بارده مدري كيف بتشيل الجلد الميت !! الشئ الثاني تاخذ الحديده حقت الجلد الميت وتمسح فيها منن فوق متخيلين!! تجرحت رجليني وبعد ماخلصت من رجولي طلعت وقلت للي في الرسبشن غيريها لي وقالت طيب الحين اجيك ولا جت وغيرتها وكان شغلها اسوء في اليدين مابردت أظافري تقول مايحتاج مرتبه ومره شالت طبقه من اظفاري وفوق هذا مافيه كريم بعد الشغل ونفسها فخشمه يعني مره ماش وحطيت ثلاث نجمات بس لان اللي عند الرسبشن عسل ولا الخدمه ماتستاهل حتى نجمه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Riyadh and asked my sister-in-law to take me to a nice salon to cut my hair. I wish I had something better to say, but it was quite disappointing. The service was sloppy (I got a hair cut, hair treatment and manicure & pedicure), my cuticles were super dry after their manicure, they didn’t wash my hair well and left some treatment on it, which of course made my hair look heavy and dirty after a couple of hours. The staff, while nice, is amateurish and don’t know much of the industry as I expected. (I asked for several options for my hair treatment and they had no idea of what I was talking about). The owner was extremely rude; asked me to wait outside as soon as I finish my service, even though I was still waiting for my sister-in-law to finish. Who does that?! I just spent my fulus in your business, lady! Obviously won’t be returning. Que faire! ??♀️

My only note is the hair cut cost me 150, I think it’s a little bit too expensive.
