سكن كلاسيكي لا يناسب اصحاب السكن المرفه والترفيه، لا توجد قنوات تلفزيونية كثيرة.
جميع الخدمات متوفرة والسعر مناسب جدا والإنترنت سريع ما شاء الله.
استمتعت بالإقامة وتمنياتي للجميع بالاستمتاع.

ولكنها لا تملك النظافة الدورية للغرف كتبديل الشراشف و نظافة الغرف وشبشب الحمام ويكثر بها القارص وليس لديهم مواقف حماية للسيارات
يبيعون الماء والعصائر وبعض انواع القهوة
The apartments are quiet and located in the east of Riyadh, close to services, their reception is good and easy to register
But they do not have the periodic cleaning of the rooms, such as changing the sheets, cleaning the rooms and slippers for the bathroom, and there is a lot of freezing, and they do not have car parks
They sell water, juices and some types of coffee

Receptionists and housekeeping staff are very courteous.
I stayed here for almost 7 months and have enjoyed my stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable place for a long stay with family. We stayed for a month. Only thing is we need to bring is a microwave which they don't provide. Otherwise, its good. Good staff, very helpful, and courteous. Shall stay again when in Riyadh.
Only -ve: Curtains and carpets were dirty. They should do a thorough cleaning of the two.
Otherwise a comfortable stay.
