★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا اعتب جدا على صاحب هذه الوحدات كيف يتم اسكان العملاء والزئرين في وحدات بهذا المستوى من الاتساخ ؟؟؟؟ على الاقل علشان سمعة المكان وكيف الجهة المراقبة ترضى ان تكون هذه الوحدات مؤهلة لتكون واجهة للبلد ونحن فتحنا باب السياحة وطبعا ليس كل السياح سوف ينزلون في فنادق ٥نجوم
الإيجابيات :
-العمال متعاونين ومرحبين يتم توفير المناديل والصابون و الفرش والشراشف والبطانيات واكياس الزبالة والعامل سريع التجاوب
-موقعها تجاري وقريب من الخدمات وقريب من الطرق الرئيسية
-سعرها مناسب
السلبيات :
الاثاث متسخ جدا متهالك انصح بشراء مكنسة غسيل السجاد واستخدامها السجاد والستائر والمراتب والكنب
جميع الاجهزة تلفاز مكيفات تحتااااااج صيانة
الحمامات الماء قليل وتحتاج صيانة وبعض الحمامات فيها رائحة سيئة
الجدران تحتاج لنظافة
تحتاج رش مبيدات
تحتاج نظافة للأرضيات
الحنفيات تحتاج صيانة
الحمام يجي توفر حنفية لفتحة الغسالة
والكثير الكثير
I consider the owner of these units how the customers and visitors are housed in units of this level of dirt ???? At least for the reputation of the place and how the observer satisfies that these units are eligible to be the front of the country and we opened the door of tourism and of course not all tourists will stay in 5-star hotels
Positives :
-Workers are very helpful and welcoming. Napkins, soap, mattresses, bed sheets, blankets, rubbish bags and fast-response worker are provided.
- Its commercial location, close to services and close to main roads
-Price is convenient
Negatives :
Furniture is very dirty worn out I recommend buying a carpet washing broom and used carpets, curtains, mattresses and sofas
All appliances air conditioners under maintenance
The bathrooms have little water and need maintenance and some bathrooms have a bad smell
The walls need cleanliness
Need spraying pesticides
You need floor cleaner
Faucets need maintenance
The bathroom comes with a faucet for the washing machine slot
And much much more
