★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hotel in August 2019 during my Hajj pilgrimage. It was not a good hotel at all. Elevator was very narrow, room was not clean, even the color of the wall was damaged inside of the room. Which room I was in the AC was working but the look of the AC was very bad. It got damaged. I can remember 5 Hajis were accommodated in a top floor room which was exposed to direct sunlight all the day long and you won't believe the AC was not working. I informed in the reception downstairs but that didn't help. May be next day that was repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old hotel.. everything is so old and rustic.. mattress are so old that it will tear you backbone apart.. refrigerators are not working, please don't spend your money on this hotel..

Broken stairs at the entrance, smelly rooms, broken/damaged furniture, no light in the elevator, extremely rude and disrespectful staff, no Wi-Fi in the rooms, staff doesn't share the lobby wifi password, toilets are in extremely bad conditions. I would strongly recommend the guests to stay at another hotel. Not a place to stay with family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel agent booked our umrah tour in this hotel but when we reach there they refused to give rooms and pay some riyals to the driver and give him another hotel location far from مسجد نبوی. Very poor service for عمرہ زائرین.
