★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuff: super rude. They make me to wait for 5 hrs to have my room. The reservation office are really rude and yelling at costumers. They talld me theyre gonna give 3 days instead of 5 days!!!! Though i have paid in advanced 2000$! For the reservation i was disprate even if u wanna ur money back thye wont return it back. Once u pay forget abt ur money. I ve met ppl who had already paid and once the arrived for check in they told them u have cancelled your reservation and you have no money to return , though the costumer insist they havent the reservation team where super rude !!! They yell at costumers . One costumer was really upsade that he decided to run a case against the hotel. In summry i really do not recommamd for dar al eman hotel. I have been in diffirent hotels around the world and dar al eman was the worest and choice i've ever made.

It took more then 1 hour to get the room.
Very long queue no system for waiting or token.
