★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small room for 3 people. Couldn't sleep because of some construction in the upper floor, went to complaint about it, stopped for 5 minutes and restarted again. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. I was told to change my room because they won't stop the work. Very bad customer service. Date of stay: Nov 2019

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room services are fine as compare to near about hotels. there is no Wi-Fi offering, you can't say that the reception staff is cooperative. I took stay on 8th floor. the rooms and washroom are too small. they have accommodated four person in room of two people.
you can hardly walk and move to your bed.

Not enough towels in washrooms. We asked for a towel change many times but they didn't do it.
No hot water in shower.
There is a cupboard in the room but it cannot open because there is a bed right in front of its door.
There is a phone in the room but there is no connection.
There is no electric kettle.
Overall, horrible hotel experience. I would not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulliah this was a great hotel to stay in as it was convenient and staff were very helpful. Value for money was also very good and location was perfect. I stayed in February 2020 with 4 young boys and will highly recommend this hotel especially to families.
