You should try their app too for online delivery, very easy to use, u get to choose the time convenient for u for delivery, also u have the option to cancel the product or replace it if it's out of stock, my advice to u is to choose cancel the product to avoid getting things that u don't like, sometimes they give u free samples with ur online purchases, ex.1 kg of basmati rice or a bottle of salsa or a packet of pasta or coffee capsules...they always surprise me with something... They also have good customer service, very polite and they reply to u immediately on WhatsApp, if u have a question they answer it and if u have a problem they try their best to solve it for u... Thank u Danube ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to plan your visit before you come to shop from this place. It even has an application for shopping and delivery. Their application is great.
The place is easy to reach as it is in the main road of Al-Madinah Rd. in the north of Jeddah.
It has a basement as a parking area which you access from the main road on the right. The shopping area is on two floors. The ground for supermarket items and the second for household items and electronics. They are a little bit expensive so I don’t see many people shop from there. There is a cafeteria on the second floor. You can pray also there. There are toilets at the far end on the left of the second floor. There is a lift too.
The place is clean but narrow and crowded. Actually it’s not well-organized!
The best clean fish you can buy is in this place. It’s expensive though.
Update: I bought pickles and it was too bad to be eaten! It had a very bad smell. I felt that so I asked the salesman to taste it but he refused saying that they take this procedure because of COVID-19 epidemic. I respected that and trusted him in vain! He deceived me though! I called the headquarter and they told me that they has taken action against him. They were very helpful.
