★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء خدمة الموظفين فيه للعملاء خصوصا الافريقي يسفهونك لقدموا الطلب وبغيت حاجة ثانيه منهم+ تأخير بتقديم الطلب ?
Bad service from African man , deal with the customer very bad + they ignore you if you have another request after they gave you the order .. we spent 5 mins waiting them to see what we need but they keep ignore us in drive through.
The staff in it is bad service to customers, especially the African, they make you feel sorry for submitting the request and you want a second need from them + a delay in submitting the application ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كل شيء ممتاز بدانكن وغني عن التعريف ولكن للأسف الموظفين بالذات الشفت المسائي سيئين جداً بالتعامل وأخلاقهم سيئه جداً والواحد يتكلم معاهم ب ادب يقلون أدبهم ولا يجيبون الطلب مثل م تطلبه ويشتغلون بدون نفس مكانهم بالفرع الجديد الي بجانب اسواق العثيم للأسف كلمنا خدمة العملاء يشوفون حل معاهم لا حياة لمن تنادي.. أتمنى يكون فيه موظفين يحترمون العميل ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان رائع ولكن الموظفين غير محترمين وما خذين راحتهم بزيادة على سبيل المثال الصراخ المفاجيء والمزح الزائد يسبب ازعاج.
يرجى تدريبهم على الاحترام في حال وجود زبائن وفي حال عدم وجود زبائن ياخذون راحتهم.

The place is great but the staff is disrespectful and they don't take their comfort too much eg sudden shouting and excessive joking causes inconvenience.
Please train them to be respectful when there are customers and if there are no customers, they take their rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياخي خدمة تعبانة خدمة سيئة للامانة اعطيتهم مق كبير عشان يغسلة وبعدين يرجعة لي وطلبت منة دارك روست صغير ب 8 ريال في اي محل ينضفون المق ويعطيك الكوفي عادي برا المق هاذا يبي يخلي الكوفي جوة المق عشان ياخذ فلوس زيادة ويوم قلت له واصريت علية قالي خلاص وجاب لي الكوفي كذا ب 8 ريال عطيتة 10 ف رجع لي 1 ريال يقول مافيه صرف شف كيف الحركة جابرك على انك تاخذ ب 1 ريال موية كمية وساخة غير طبيعية

The worst branch of Dunkin' Frankly, the cleaners, let them drink the coffee, this place changed the whole place with insects and water dripping from above you, the first visit and the last visit to it.
