Worst service. I went 4 times with the application, still didn't get in to driving class. Firs time got an initial test then said driving not ok come after 10 days. Went after 10 days then saying no more new joining on December. Then went 3 times in the new year every time they said network is down you can't join with the new application. The security persons are very rude and they are not considering us as a human being. They are not talking, they are pushing me out and say go and come next day. These kind people may took this country's goodwill to worse. Hope the authority will take care of it.

When you need a print of renewed driving license just go straight to shabak#10 in just few minutes done successfully. 5* to the officer even not smiling but in a quick response.

I got my driving license renewed today (and transferred to new Iqama) so writing the procedure here for everyone: - After entering, turn right and goto the last cabin on the right. He will check your papers and might also ask for appointment. I was lucky he didn't check for appointment proof (it's impossible to get from Absher). - Keep one photo copy of (Old Iqama, New Iqama, Old License). Keep original Iqama, Old License, Medical Test Report and Payment Receipt (Saddad, Rajhi etc.) and 2 Photos at least (4x6, White Background). Best to keep hard copies of all this to be safe ( I had to pay 10 Riyal to print payment receipt ) - Then they will send you back and forth between the cabin in front of this one. Pay 15 Riyal for paper processing, and after all is done they'll stamp and staple everything together and tell you go inside to a specific Counter No. - Inside, the person will verify something ( I think payment) and then take your papers and tell you to sit and wait. After few minutes you'll get your new license.

Hi everyone I wasn't advised properly, but now that I have been through it, I would like to share the experience and help others. If at all you have an original valid driving license from any of the other gulf countries, you can directly visit the Dallah Driving School and they will change it for you. The only bad part is they will keep the license of another gulf county which you will submit and in return they will issue a new Saudi Driving license

While I cannot speak on the women's section, The men's section is absolutely horrible. They are completely unorganized, rude, and they make you pay to print papers you already have ready. The work is extremely slow and I had to go back to the school for many days to finish the paper work that should've been finished within the first visit. I wanted to get a motorcycle license but the motorcycle they have for tests is in horrible condition. It does not run well at all and the steering is extremely stiff and turning is a pain. About 2 of 10 employees are nice. If you ever feel lost about anything go to security. They are the friendliest nicest people there and they were clearer than any other employee in there. Horrible experience. Go to another branch if you could
