★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to exchange my old Saudi license. It took me less the 15 minutes to get my new license. Friendly and helpful staff.
Here what I did:
1- medical check up at a clinic connected to the traffic department computer system and don't forget to take the original stamped report and the receipt.
2- paid the fees online via sadad
3- went to the school and bought a green file from the shop outside the school
4- took a number and waited for about 5 minutes
5- the officer called my number and took the file with the report and the old license and told me to wait.
6- after another 5 minutes, tada, I got my new license.

$ Personally must to pay all the instructors.
Customer service staff doesn't know how to speak in English and behavior. Hope they didn't go school yet. Simply waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very proud of the officer who can talk and understand english. He interacted with me and asked few questions before renewing my driver's license. I paid Sr180 penalty for 70 days expired while change of visa as well. It took only 5 mins to renew.
Ive been out of the kingdom and came back after 1.5 yrs. I love this country as my second home.
