★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اعجبني تعامل قسم المبيعات لديهم ، كما اعجبني انهم قدمو لي تصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد للغرف التي ارغب بفرشها من غرفة طعام ومجلس رجال ومجلس رجال .
اشكرهم على دقة المواعيد وعلى التزامهم بالتنفيذ حسب الموعد المحدد.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع الاسف الشديد كانت لي تجربة مريرة معهم:
١. تم عرض نماذج سكك الستائر على انها ستكون صناعة ايطالية. عندما جاؤا لم يحضروا ماتم الاتفاق عليه وحاولوا اقناعي انه افضل واغلى مما طلبت ولكني اصريت على ابدالها بما تم الاتفاق عليه وخصم فرق السعر.
٢. تم التسعير بالمتر على ان يقوموا بأعمال فك وخياطة وتركيب وللاسف اكتشفت انهم لم يقوموا بأي من ذلك واني دفعت اضعاف السعر على عمل لم ينفذ. لما واجهتهم اعترف واخبرني انهم سيخصموا من السعر النهائي.
٣. لم يلتزمون بالموعد مرتين.
.٤. للآن لم استلم فاتورة او السعر النهائي بعد التخفيض.
٥. اتصلت أكثر من مرة واطالب بالفواتير واسترداد المبلغ وكل مرة الموضوع مع المحاسب.
٦. مع الاسف كذب وغش وخيانة.
٧. سأتقدم الآن بشكوى لوزارة التجارة حماية المستهلك ولكني لا انصح احد ابدا بالتعامل معهم.
Unfortunately, I had a bitter experience with them:
1. Curtain rails samples are being shown as being of Italian manufacture. When they came, they did not bring what was agreed upon and tried to convince me that it was better and more expensive than what I asked for, but I insisted on replacing it with what was agreed upon and deducting the price difference.
2. The price was per meter provided that they carry out the work of dismantling, sewing and installing. Unfortunately, I discovered that they did not do any of that and that I paid double the price for work that was not carried out. When I confronted them, he admitted and told me that they would be deducted from the final price.
3. They didn't keep twice.
4. Until now I have not received an invoice or the final price after the sale.
5. I called more than once and demanded the bills and a refund, and each time the matter was with the accountant.
6. Unfortunately, lies, fraud and betrayal.
7. I will now file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection, but I never advise anyone to deal with them.
